Review & Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Scientific Committee, with evaluation based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the congress themes. The likelihood of acceptance is expected to be high. In cases where an abstract is not selected for an oral presentation, it will be included in the poster section. Poster presentations are regarded as an active form of participation, offering authors the opportunity to present and discuss their work with colleagues. This approach ensures that contributors remain active participants in the congress, a status that is often required for institutional or hospital reimbursement.
Presentation & Registration Policy
At least one author of an accepted abstract must register for the congress and attend in person. Accepted abstracts may be allocated as oral or poster presentations. The presenting author is responsible for delivering the presentation at the assigned session.
Publication & Copyright
Accepted abstracts may be published in congress app. By submitting an abstract, the authors agree to publication in the approved format and confirm that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere in the same form.
Ethics & Conflict of Interest
Authors must confirm that the study follows relevant ethical standards and that all necessary approvals have been obtained. Any potential conflicts of interest must be declared at the time of submission.
