Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place in the Congress Hotel Clarion after the Opening Ceremony. Everybody is invited to join us for the first social event. This event is included in the congress fees.
15th June
Presidential Dinner
By invitation only
Evening river cruise on the Vltava.
Party at the Hard Rock Cafe Prague
Open to everyone, starting at 20:00
All are welcome. Join us for a drink and enjoy the evening in Prague.
16th June
Congress Dinner
The congress dinner will be held in the beautiful premises of the Municipal House in the center of Prague. It will be a buffet-style dinner, but some tables will be available for those who prefer to sit.
Please bear in mind that for security reasons the maximum capacity of the location is 500 people. Booking in advance is mandatory — please be sure to receive confirmation!
